Job hunting is a very frustrating process. If you have either no or limited experience, the job are limited. If you do find a job, the positions are limited to either second shift. Or if you do find a first shift job, the feedback from supervisor gives little to no feedback on how you are doing.
I was working for the local school system as a groundskeeper. My foreman told me ONLY once that I was not keeping up with the more experienced workers and to pick up the pace. I picked up the pace but received no further feed back from her. Three week later told me that she had to let me go because I was still not keeping up. She never gave me either feedback or told me how much she expected me to accomplish. Therefor there was never any standard of measurement.
So it is back to searching for yet another job. This however could take awhile. Unfortunately, if you do not make probation, and future employers contact you former employers you may not get a good recommendation. This could potentially cost you future jobs.
